Unlike most governmental entities, the Pueblo West Metropolitan District owns many lots throughout Pueblo West, allowing developers and entrepreneurs the unique opportunity to negotiate directly with the Metro District, which could include the use of District-owned land as an economic incentive.
In addition to the private land for sale around Pueblo West for all kinds of zoning uses, Pueblo West Metro District also owns land that is for sale for Industrial, Commercial, and Residential use.
We are interesting in seeing development happen quickly, so there will be no sale of land for speculative purposes.
