How do I make public comment at a Board Meeting?

Citizens are always invited to make public comment during the "Citizen Comments" portion of the regular board meeting.

To provide comment in person arrive at the Board meeting by 5:50 p.m. to sign in and make a public comment during the "Citizen Comments" portion of the meeting. (Note: citizen comments are limited to three minutes.)

Following discussion items toward the end of each meeting, the public will be provided a second opportunity to make public comment.

To provide comment via email send your comment to publiccomment@pueblowestmetro.us. Your comment will be read aloud to the Board by a Metro District staff member. (Note: written comments must be 300 words or less.)
