Do I need a permit for a fence, shed, carport...etc?

It’s not a "permit" but rather an application for approval. If a permit is needed after you are approved, you will take your signed application from Pueblo West Metropolitan District to Pueblo Reginal Building for your permit. Pueblo West Metro COA is covenant enforcement and Pueblo Regional building is code enforcement.
