Paperless Application Process
Before applying for a new build or accessory structure...
Check this list to see if your tract is 90% built out. If your tract is 90% built out, Committee of Architecture review is bypassed. However, an application through the paperless application and payment system is still required for legally-required record-keeping purposes only. What does '90% built out' mean?
Declaration of Reservations any tract that is at least 90% built out becomes what is called a "no standing zone" and no permission is required to build in these zones.
