Residents are encouraged to make public comment during Board of Directors meetings.
To provide public comment prior to a Board of Directors meeting:
- Arrive at the Board meeting by 5:50 p.m. to sign in and make a public comment during the "Citizen Comments" portion of the meeting. You may also submit a public comment by emailing publiccomment@pueblowestmetro.us.
Second public comment opportunity now available at end of meeting:
- A second public comment period will be held after all discussion items on the agenda. This provides a chance to talk about topics that the Board would most likely be voting upon at their next meeting.
Get a text message when meeting agendas are released! Sign up for Pueblo West Alerts by visiting PuebloWestMetro.us/Alerts and be sure to join the "Public Information" group when signing up.
Meeting agendas are typically released the Friday before a Board of Directors meeting. In the case of a special meeting, the agenda is released at least 24 hours in advance.
